If you use an iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Pro and could not get a corrected photo in Plumb, we owe you a sincere apology.
You may have changed angles, adjusted your grip or tried the shutter repeatedly, only to get the original each time. A photographic moment does not wait. This experience fell short of what you expected from Plumb. The compatibility problem was ours to fix; you should not have had to keep trying.
The fix is complete
We have fixed the correction compatibility issue affecting the iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 families, including Pro models. Affected devices in our real-device tests can now produce corrected photos. Thank you to the users who helped us test and identify the problem.
The fix is included in Plumb 1.0.3, now available on the App Store. Please open the App Store and update Plumb to 1.0.3 or later before taking more photos. If you are still using 1.0.2, please update first.
Please tell us if something is still wrong
If you still cannot get a corrected photo after updating, or see tilted results or incomplete correction, please contact us through in-app feedback or email. Your iPhone model, iOS version, Plumb version and the circumstances of the shot will help us investigate.
You may also choose to send a failed-correction diagnostic report. Sharing is optional. A failed correction does not overwrite your original or consume correction allowance.
