Free access, Plumb Pro and subscriptions
Free access includes 10 successful saves of distinct corrected photos per calendar month on this device, resetting at the start of each month in UTC. Failed saves and repeated saves of an already-counted photo do not use another allowance. When the allowance is exhausted, automatic correction turns off; original capture and existing local photos remain available. Plumb Pro removes this allowance and includes optional iCloud library sync, subject to your iCloud storage and Apple service availability. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal. Apple handles payment; the price, currency and billing period shown by the App Store govern your purchase. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable Pro purchase with no recurring subscription charge. Deleting Plumb does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Restore in the Pro page with the Apple Account that purchased Pro. Refunds are handled by Apple and applicable law; refunded, revoked or expired purchases may no longer grant Pro. Losing Pro pauses paid functionality but does not delete local photos. Turning off iCloud sync or losing Pro does not delete previously synchronized iCloud records.
License and relationship with Apple
Plumb is licensed, not sold. Unless the App Store product page states that a custom license applies, your license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These Plumb terms add product-specific information and do not replace Apple’s terms or mandatory consumer rights.
Using Plumb
You may use Plumb on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules and applicable law. You must not use Plumb to violate privacy, property, intellectual-property, safety, export-control, or other legal rights. Do not interfere with Plumb’s security or integrity, misuse system permissions, or reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your photos and permissions
You retain ownership of your photos. You are responsible for having permission to photograph, process, store, export, or share the subject, location, building, artwork, person, or other content in your images. You grant Plumb only the device-level access needed to perform actions you request; Plumb does not obtain ownership of your photos by processing them.
Automatic correction is not measurement
Automatic correction and metadata are assistive photographic features. They are not surveying, architectural certification, engineering measurement, safety inspection, or legal evidence. Perspective, crop, orientation, location, time, lens data, and other metadata can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review Original and Corrected versions before delivery or reliance. Keep the Original and use professional tools and qualified judgment for safety-critical, contractual, regulatory, or measurement purposes.
Optional diagnostics and correction failures
Sending diagnostics is voluntary and is governed by the Privacy notice. Declining or withdrawing consent does not reduce Free or Pro access. A failed correction preserves the Original and does not deduct correction allowance. Diagnostic delivery depends on network and service availability; sending a report does not guarantee a reply, successful correction or a particular fix date. Diagnostic sharing does not grant the operator ownership of your photos or permission to upload them.
Storage, exports, and backups
Plumb is designed to preserve an immutable Original and store Corrected output separately, but device failure, storage exhaustion, permission changes, iCloud behavior, file corruption, or software defects can still cause delay or loss. Maintain independent backups. Plumb and Photos are separate libraries: removing a Plumb record may not remove a Photos copy, and deleting or editing a Photos asset outside Plumb may break the connection used to manage it.
External services
Plumb may use Apple services including Camera, Motion, Location, MapKit, Photos, iCloud Photos, the share sheet, and Mail. Availability and results vary by device, region, network, permissions, and Apple service status. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Updates and availability
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed to improve reliability, comply with law, or support new Apple platforms. Beta and TestFlight builds may be incomplete, may expire, and should not be the only copy used for important work.
Warranty and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plumb is provided as available and without guarantees that every capture will succeed, every correction will be suitable, or every metadata value will be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of Plumb, loss of photos, unavailable services, or reliance on correction or metadata. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You may stop using Plumb at any time and delete the app. Rights under the applicable Apple EULA may end if you breach its terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and lawful limitations of liability, survive termination where permitted.
Changes and contact
These product terms may change with Plumb’s features or legal obligations. The updated date changes when a material revision is published. Questions can be sent to support@plumb.cam.
Filter usage statistics
Optional usage statistics, including separately authorized filter counts, are governed by the Privacy notice and the choices you make there. Declining or withdrawing sharing does not reduce Free or Pro access and does not grant rights to upload your photos.
